Supreme Court Justice Scalia dies -- political maneuvering already in full swing

Major media outlets are reporting the death of Justice Scalia.  See, e.g., CNN.   Senator Mike Lee's press secretary has already commented on Twitter that the chance of a nomination from the current administration making it through is less than zero.  In other words, look forward to lots of deadlocked outcomes that can't reverse the court below.
